Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using EdgeAlert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EdgeAlert for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any portion of it
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
In-App Purchases
EdgeAlert offers optional in-app purchases in the form of a tip jar. These are voluntary contributions to support development and do not unlock any features or content. All tips are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact Apple Support as all transactions are processed through the App Store.
Your Data
All data you create in EdgeAlert is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. We have no ability to access, read, or recover your data.
Intellectual Property
EdgeAlert and all of its contents, features, and functionality are owned by CCT Plus LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
